How much time it takes to load the credits?
Normally it takes just few minuets but its a manual process. Some times I may not be in internet coverage area or due to Time Zone difference (if its mid night in China I might be sleeping) it can take up to 6 hours. Contact me through about page if its more than six hours.
I wrote my MIUI email ID. Is it enough to load the credit?
In some cases, Yes its enough. But some time due to some system issue I can not find your MIUI ID number using your email. So its better to include your MIUI ID number and your MIUI id email
Why the credit is not loaded yet? Its been more than six hours.
Are you sure that you entered the correct ID? Some time if I have some trouble loading credit I send email to your PayPal email address. So please check your email. If still got issue then send me an email from about page. I will try my best to help you.
I wrote the wrong MIUI ID while I was making payment. What can I do now?
Immediately send me an email to confirm if I already loaded the credit. If the credit is already loaded to wrong ID then I can't give you refund or another credit as once credit loaded to any ID then I can't get it back. Please understand it. If credit is not loaded yet then I will load the credit to your new correct ID
Can I use this credit to buy Phone or accessories?
No. This credit can only be used for some services. For example themes, HD Music subscription, Get extra space for your MI account etc.
